We take special care in preparing and protecting each order to ensure that your products arrive in perfect condition. Once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, any damage or breakage occurring during transport is the carrier’s responsibility. On our side, we are committed to informing you as soon as your parcel leaves our premises, so you can benefit from optimal tracking of its journey.

Return policy
Legal right of withdrawal
In accordance with consumer law, you have 14 days after receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Additional return policy (beyond legal withdrawal)
Beyond this legal period, Obscura Sancta may exceptionally accept returns within 21 days maximum, under the following conditions :
- the product must be in perfect condition,
- it must be returned in its original packaging.
In such cases, we offer:
- an store credit, or
- an exchange valid on the shop, for a period of 12 months from the date the credit is issued.
Reservation clause
Obscura Sancta reserves the right to refuse a return request if we consider that the product description and presentation were sufficiently clear and could not reasonably cause confusion on the buyer’s part.
